This is a day of mixed goals but still fun.
We started at Union Cemetery. There are several brown signs by Native Sons and Daughters to get here.
1957 Plaque.
I have posted both of these before.
Mayor Milton Payne Gravesite.
I have also posted this one before too.
Next, to Crown Center
Sante Fe Trail
The Sante Fe Trail passed this point on the way to 66th street.
(This is around 27th street but quite a way from 66th.)
I didn't know this was here.
55 signs left!
My favorite thing at Crown Center.
Fudge.
Where the museum of BBQ will be located.
This is tiny.
Now I have one other thing I'm wanted to do here but on the way downstairs to looked at the kids shops for my grandson. This mall is pricy. I can't afford to spend much here.
This is why I came here.
I did not know Charles Schulz Museum existed.
They showed comic strips. Most of them featured Snoopy as the Red Baron.
All of the Snoopy Items are from the Hallmark Collection
Very nice display.
Free from Hallmark.
It changes near the end of May to Thomas and Friends.
We will go to that one too.
Since I didn't get fudge...
I got a Turtle Royal Sundae from Sheridan's.
It was okay.
Braums is so much better and cheaper too.
I miss Braums so so much.
That's all for today. I like Crown Center even if I don't like their prices. It's a fun place to walk.
Until tomorrow.
