I did something totally different today. The Westport Center for the Arts puts on a free brown bag concert once a month. This month it was the Kansas City Baroque Consortium.
My video was not working so I copied their link from youtube.
The music was amazing. They had a baroque violin, baroque cello and a harpsichord.
After the concert I walked over to Ashleigh's Bake Shop.
The selection was great. Cream Pies
Fruit Pies and other sweets.
My selection was banana cream and butterscotch.
I have tried the banana cream and it was wonderful. This shop is in the basement of Pryde's Kitchen Necessities. I walked through the store and it looks fun. They have a few of the food supplies, some antique items and lots of kitchen items.
It was snowing and very cold this morning. We didn't get much snow. Better go eat some banana cream pie.
