It's been a week of melting and record lows. We have seen lots this week and next week is already planned.
Update!! I forgot!
There are some artists that add a snow sculpture to the Nelson Atkins lawn when possible. I read they have done it for years. 11" snowfall provided a butt to moon people who drive by. Isn't it great?! I just had to share.
Here is what was accomplished.
Goal #2 - Finish 40 Cross Stitch - 3 of 40
Framed and placed already
Goal #3 Finish 50 Puzzles 2 and 3 of 50
#2 I put this one together again. It was missing 1 piece.
I think I can make thing out of the animals.
#3 Mystery Wine Bottles
All pieces complete.
This stupid puzzle took forever. You read a story and then tried to solve the mystery. I did not read the story. However, it is a mystery so you do not have a picture of the puzzle. I did find one on the a website thankfully.
Goal #5 - Bake 3 times each month. Coffee Cookies
The final decision is everyone likes these cookies. The coffee people like them and I like the non-coffee cookies. 1952 Pillsbury Cookoff Winner was a good choice.
It's been a good week.
