I am entering one more baking challenge - Monster Cookies.
I have never made monster cookies but I am an experienced eater of the cookie.
I bought an oven thermometer.
Today was also a day to play with the temperature.
I learned a lot.
The cookies are okay but edges are dry.
I'm also not a peanut butter cookie fan.
Yesterday I really couldn't taste that much peanut butter but today I could taste it.
Overall, the cookie is okay.
I'm not sure this recipe is a keeper.
Also now that I can know the true temp of the oven I should keep it at or a little under 350.
Today I went over 350 to probably 355-360 and the cookies were dry.
I'm learning.
