Today I visited West Bottoms. The shops there are open on the first full weekend of the month. I have also been here a year and this is the first time I have made it to shop.
There are lots of haunted houses down here.
1852
It's a mix of crafts and antiques.
Many are booths of different sellers.
Another shop in a beautiful building.
This is the double bridge I took to get here.
One of the shops only took part of the floor.
You walked through the empty rooms to get to it.
Just a variety of stuff is available
Another shop I visited.
There were so many people.
Can you make out the beaded spider?
I must try to make one.
This is where I parked.
There are free lots like where I parked but the paved ones are $10.
What a wonderful day. I only bought one thing - a turkey, $3. He is very cute. Most of the shops I visited were sure to let me know they were open every weekend. It was a fun time. It feels like many times I'm one of a few but today I was one of many.
Until tomorrow.
