The Garmin marathon started this morning at 7:00. My plans were to watch the runners at 7:00 but I didn't make it until 7:30. My home is surrounded by runners. They are having the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and 5K
Getting there at 7:30 I missed the marathon and half marathon runners. I actually saw them while I was walking Charlie. If I looked right toward Roanoke I could see runners and if I looked left I could see runners on Westport Road. I got pictures of the 10K and 5K runners.
For at least 2 weeks the news has been telling us about the marathon and road closures.
Google Fiber finally decided runners should make a choice to stop or get hit.
It wasn't just him. I couldn't believe all of the cars.
These are runners coming back down the hill.
Maybe next year I will make the 7:00 start. It was fun watching the runners.
Now I'm waiting for Lowe's. Fingers crossed.
