September Visit to Kauffman Memorial Garden

One of my favorite places in Kansas City is the Kauffman Memorial Garden.  I have been trying to visit every month so I can see the different flowers.

I found several monarch butterflies.

I just love this view.

Everything is this area is pink this month.

Of course I stopped to see Busy.
This has to be the most friendly cat ever.

Purple by the big fountain.

The Kauffmans

So peaceful and pretty

I had ever noticed the magnolia tree before.

After walking through the garden, I decided to walk along Brush Creek.

Amazing view.

I just walked from one bridge to the other.

I'm not sure what these are.
It was filled with ducks.

This is the view from the other direction.

Just a nice peaceful adventure for today.  Yesterday was not on the peaceful side.  The Lowe's Installers told me the flooring I picked out was back ordered with no date for possible availability.  I went to the store and picked out another one.  They are suppose to change that on the order and give me a call.  As of 3:00 today I have not received a call.  Chris and I had a wonderful lunch afterwards but I forgot to take pictures.

Until tomorrow.
