2 Merriam Parks with public art and Good news

First, we are in boiling hot heat and humidity here.  I left for the adventure at 9:15.  Usually I leave between 9:30 and 10:00.  At 10:00 it was 89 degrees.  This was not a long adventure.

We are starting at Waterfall Park.

Public Art - Hmmm...
Isn't it just cute?

I kept exploring the park looking for a waterfall.
That's the name right?

I found this.

Walked all the back to where I started and then went the other way.
I found this.  It's really nice.

I took this picture because I have never seen one before.
It's a FixIt station for bikes.  All of the tools are attached and air is available.

On to the next stop Werner Park.
Public Art - Planting the Seeds

They have a heart here.
This is also the farmers market location.

Back

Behind the Market there is a bridge.

Looking through the bridge.
That it.  Time to head home.

This fountain is on Johnson Drive at a light.  I have been trying to get a picture of it but there are always cars in the way.  Until today.

I stopped by Lowe's on the way home.  They had worked everything out!  The flooring is paid for and ordered.  Shooting for installation around mid-September.

Chris is the cause of this adventure.  He was driving, I was the passenger, and we passed the silver seeds (I thought they were cherries).  I didn't know where we were.  I have been looking for cherry sculptures since.  Finally, I found them.

I made it home by 11:30.  It's hot.  I watched the noon weather and the lady said it was warm out.  She was wearing long sleeves in her air conditioned studio.

Tomorrow I'm changing my plans from outside to inside.
