My weekly update of the 5 projects I'm working on or showing off.
Project 1 - Cross Stitch
Finally finished and framed! Done after 10 years and 3 weeks.
Project 2 - Puzzle
Done! All pieces included.
Project 3 - Other crafts
No picture but I'm actively working on the 2 started projects. Hopefully next week.
Project 4 - Paint
I did not paint but everything is out of the front closet.
This poorly positioned closet is right inside the front door. This week I removed all of the closet wood and started filling holes. I plan to put bookcases in here after the carpet is replaced.
Project 5 - the stupid fireplace
After 5 hours yesterday
I left the bottom left corner so I could judge how much I've done. NEVER paint brick! Hopefully this week I will be able to give it a good vinegar wash to even everything out. I still haven't started on the sides. I have high hopes.
It's been a great week despite the heat. I love what I have finished. I'm so so happy that cross stitch is done. Not my favorite. I enjoyed spending extra time with the kids. And watching the tree come down was fun.
This week will be great too.
