I set out to visit over 10 parks plus other stuff. That didn't happen. But here's what I did do.
Ivanhoe Park - 1956
My first impression was wow. What a beautiful park.
It's the whole block. It is all uphill from where I'm standing.
Oak Park - 1945
This park is all downhill from where I'm standing.
Cleveland Park 1956
This one has lots of ball fields
Vineyard Park 1975
This is a 30 acre park. I had planned on finding this on the other side to get the picture.
But I got lost.
No sign but this is Linwood Green Park 1974
One of the basin parks for storm water.
This is where I went off track.
I'm at the VA Hospital.

I walked around the VA for some time.
I was looking for some art but I could not find it.
As usual the walk was uphill. A beautiful view.
I took a picture of this back this winter.
It's in front of the police station.
I have found information on it. Named Urban Palisades.

to form a landscape.
That's it. I stopped for the day. It was getting hot. Once again I wasn't able to get to everything on the list.
Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut and doing some errands. I'll be back Friday.
