Nelsen-Atkins Rebellions and Joy Exhibit plus my wandering

During the rain today I went to the Nelsen Atkins to see the new exhibit, Rebellion and Joy.

Isn't it fun.

I love the dragon.

Niki de Saint Phalle had a great exhibit.  It was so fun.  She celebrates the female and her body.
Then I started wandering.

This is another piece that is called Mother

I found this so spooky.  I kept looking over my shoulder to see if it was moving.
It looked so real.

I loved this.  It was really big and the hair was made of tiny rolled porcelain.

I wandered around for 2 hours.  I stayed in the special exhibit section.  I believe it is school day.  They have been talking about it on the news.  There was a line of school buses at the museum.  After the museum I headed to Lowes.  I am determined to grow cucumbers.  They did not have any plants so I got seeds.  Soon I might have tomatoes and cucumbers.

I have a short adventure planned for tomorrow during the day.  I will also have an evening adventure.

I have to paint.

Until tomorrow.
