I kept my word to Chris and signed up today for the Optum Community Center. They offer classes and have exercise equipment. This is free for people 55+. I have signed up to be trained on the equipment next week and health fair on this Friday. I plan to go to a yoga class on Monday.
Today I went to UMKC. I have a tour map and they offer so much in art and music I need to get an idea of where every thing is.
The tours starts at Atterbury Student Success Center.

I've got to tell everyone I forgot what it was like to walk across campus. The buildings I took a picture of were in a huge circle. So the last building was beside the first one. I looked at the map and it was all the way back to Roo Patio which I was lucky enough to take a picture of the Roo when I walked through. There are 41 stops. I was sweating. I stopped. This is part one. To be continued tomorrow.
