Friday was extreme from start to finish. Let's start with the High.
AAA called to see if I still needed service. I did. My son and I had planned to either jump my car and get it somewhere or replace the battery ourselves. He asked me to call KC AutoWorX 39th to see if they had my battery. While talking to them they said they would come jump my car. This touched my heart. They were here in 15 minutes, the car was started, driven to their shop, and I had walked to the kids house to wait for the repair to be finished. They also changed my oil. I was stuck for a week and in 15 minutes I was not.
Now the Low.
My baby Dallas was put down. He had a seizure and was rushed to the vet. A blood test showed his kidneys were failing. He was a rescue from the Humane Society. His papers said he was the worst dog ever. They were wrong. 10 years with him proved that.

Today, Saturday, I will be spending time with Charlie. He seems lost. He has looked for Dallas. Honestly I have too. We will take the day to start healing.
We were out of commission this week. Adventures will start soon.
