Chappell Roan is a singer from the Kansas City area. Last weekend she had 2 outdoor concerts at the WW1 Museum at Penn Valley Park. Both concerts were sold out. She is very loved here. They also painted a mural for her. I went to see it on Monday.
They were still working on it.
I believe they were applying a sealant.
It's really big.
I didn't go to the concert. I'm not really a concert goer plus I had never of her before. The mural is very nice.
