The last thing I did last weekend was visit a bonsai exhibit at Anita B. Gorman Center.
I have never had the skills to grow these beauties.
But I really want to.
This is what I really want.
I dug up an elm tree 2 years before I retired.
I asked lots of questions about the leaves not being small.
The very nice man said I had an American Elm instead of a Chinese Elm.
So enjoy the bigger leaves or trash it.
He had tried to train an American Elm several times and it never worked for him.
Remember this guy?
I didn't know what animal he was.
He is a groundhog.
I had to say hello to my friend.
Turtle butt
His head is over here.
That's it. I went home. It was cooler last weekend but still over 80. I was happy to get out for awhile. I will be out again tomorrow morning to find more things.
Until tomorrow.
