I was so craving cookies. Even with the very warm temps.
I had all of the ingredients.
I whipped them up.
I made 12 big scoops to freeze.
I have been reading about this on the baking sites.
They all seem to do it.
My cookies were flat as a pancake. I reread the recipe and I added everything, eggs and butter were at room temp but I didn't chill the dough. The kitchen also heated up very quickly. I don't know. I will eat them anyway. It makes me sad.
