The Kansas City Fun Tours (Trolley Tours) have been on my list from the beginning and one of their handouts has been in my stack that long too. Today was their day.
The tour leaves from Union Station at 10, 12, and 2 everyday. The cost for a senior is $25. Way above what I want to pay but we are crossing to-dos off the list. I parked at the WW1 museum for free instead of Union Station. I am the cheapest person I know.
I walked down the hill.
The longer I walked I realized this is going to suck coming back.
Finally I made it to Union Station and found the trolley.
I found a Brown Sign!!
In memory of Officers killed during the Kansas City Massacre
I will have to look this one up.
Russell Stover had a display
Super cute
This guy was taking hand fulls of candy.
Another lady came up and did the same.
She explained she was taking them to her co-workers. She got a uh-huh.
I took 1.
I came inside because I needed to buy a ticket. I was looking for their information booth which I could not find. That's okay because I know where the trolley is. The driver opened the door to the empty bus and told me to come back at 12. Another uh-huh.
So I walked up the hill to my car.
It went on and on
Big hill
Still going
That's my car.
Finally
A handout tossed and one item off the list. Not a bad day just not what I was expecting. Overall, I saved money!
Until tomorrow.
