I must first apologize to all dog owners not living in Kansas City. I really thought Kansas City dog owners cared about their pets and followed rules to further protect them. I was wrong. They are as bad as everyone else.
We started out in Union Cemetery. Charlie could have his day and I could get pictures of historical markers. We didn't have a great start. Charlie was crazy with new smells and pulling and stopping (planting his feet). I was in return pulling and tugging.
Just as we both settled down a bad dog owner brought his dog into the cemetery
and unhooked his leash. I couldn't believe it. He must have walked past 2 leash your dog signs.
They don't want the dogs off the path or near the markers. There are signs.
We left and went across the street to the WW1 Museum.
Charlie and I enjoyed our walk.
We saw the new street car being tested.
One of us rolled around in the grass
In the end we had a good time.
Even at the WW1 museum I saw 4 unleased dogs. I thought better of you Kansas City.
Until tomorrow.
