Zhou B Art - Homage to the Hand Exhibit

This is my only saved post.  It is a couple of weeks old and I decided to use it today and add some pictures from today.  That also means I was able to go to the grocery store and just make 2 stops.  This is the Zhou B Art Center in the Attucks School near 18th and Vine.

I want to be clear that there was a sign stating you can explore the building.
Because I would never just walk around a building uninvited. HA!

This old school has been divided into artist studios and galleries.

It looks like any open space has art.

Art is everywhere!

Finally I found the exhibit.
Or, at least the right floor and hallway.

Nearly all of these are for sale.
Nearly all of these cost a lot of money.

Houses east of Wornall Road (I think that is Brookside)
in the 1970s were in a bad state of disrepair.
The neighborhood Association established a code enforcement program to address blighted properties.

Just a pictures of the houses that were once redlined by the banks.
It's a very pricy neighborhood today.
