It's springtime.
That means it's time for the St. Patrick's Day Parade
I walked. This is everywhere.
People were parking further than my street.
I sat near the end of the parade.
I learned from last year.
1) Wear a coat
2) It will take them forever to get here so wait to walk over.
It started at 11, I got there at 11:30, the first people to walk by 12:00.
Our mayor is always one of the first people in the parade.
Not in the picture but he is surrounded by security.
He ran over to talk to a little girl. You can see her fingers - she's 3.

Lots of dogs took part.
Lots of horses were here too.
I was at the parade for 2 hours total. 30 min to wander over and find my spot, 1 hour watching the parade, 30 walking around on the way home.
At the parade and also at Fan Fest last week the city blocked the streets with winter vehicles.
Many of my pictures have this policeman in them.
There were police about every 10 - 20 feet.
Lots of fun. I'm not sure if I will go next year but we know I probably will.
