Cinnamon Apple Quick Bread
It's a really easy recipe. The hardest part is grating the apple.
It called for Granny Smith Apples. They aren't sweet.
This is a New York Times recipe.
It looks and smells really good.
I will deliver it later today after it has cooled. The gaze still has to be made.
I'm making two purchases tonight that I can' t wait to share with everyone tomorrow.
Thought for the day - After it has warmed up to 80 then drops to 40 again (you know like today) it feels so, so cold. My favorite temp is 40-50 but damn today is cold. That is why I rearranged and baked today.
