My afternoon adventure today was at H & R Block Artspace - Kansas City Art Institute. I was happy to finally get here during their hours.
Their current show is called Imprint, Celebrating the Collaborative Impulse in Printmaking.
Peter Saul, World of America, 1967
Peter Saul, White Sex, 1967
H. C. Westermann, Untitled, 1972/2000
July Chicago, Retrospective in a Box, 2009-2013
Jeanette Pasin Sloan, Mercato Stripes, 1993
Rapture's Germination, 2010
Suzanne Gauthier, Pine, 1991
If I asked my standard question - What's your favorite? I didn't have one with this show. Maybe I'm just too old. Maybe I just didn't get it.
Because of the weather I think I will be shuffling my plans. It might be bad this weekend. This morning there was a sheet of ice and driving was difficult. It didn't last long and the temperature went above freezing. Luckily I had afternoon plans.
Until tomorrow.
