I actually did this adventure on Friday after the Brown Bag Concert. It has been a very busy weekend with a lot of adventures and rain. The Harris-Kearney House is next door to the church where the concert is performed.
Brown sign!

All of the trails went through Westport

This is part of the old Westport wagon which was removed from the strip mall.
One of the parts is dated 1838.
This is the entrance but is the back of the house.
Front of the house
Here is my story:
The signs on the fence of the show times the museum is open. The times on the fence do not match the times on the website. I decide to go with 1:00. I drove around the block and parked at the Harris-Kearney House. I'm watching workmen go in and out and around the house on the outside. Must be open right? I go up to the entrance which has a closed sign. I open up the door and a lady comes running up to me. She is setting up for a meeting tomorrow so no tours today. She will give me a tour on Sunday. Nope, I don't think so. I just took pictures of the outside.
Pryde's is across the street.
I wanted a piece of pie.
This store has all things kitchen, decor, candles and much more.
Stuffed animals
It's the coolest store.
Fruit pies and other stuff.
The cream pies
This is a happy, colorful store.
This is what I came home with.
Caramels, Pecan Bar, Banana Cream Pie, and the cutest little glass pumpkin.
The pecan bar was the best!
This was the best afternoon! I love this store.
I tried a different pilates class this morning. I like the teacher. This was her first class. I will visit her class again.
Until tomorrow.
