This morning I walked over to Westport to watch the Pride Parade. I had never been to one before. As usual lots of people from my neighborhood were walking over to Westport too.
I only stayed for an hour and a half. That is about all of the standing in one place my lower back can take. There were lots of businesses, churches, medical groups, and then also private people and organizations. Great Wolf Lodge was there and the people went crazy.

Everyone was very positive and supportive. This crowd was so different from St. Patrick's Parade. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad I went. I planned out where I was going to sit and it worked out great. I will do that from now on. I also need to buy a chair.
There was a strong storm, that I slept through, overnight. The tomato plants fell over. I have bought stakes and need to get them secured.
