Happy St. Patrick's Day! I walked over to the parade today despite the cold front and winds.

I'm not sure why but there were a lot of cows. It was really fun and the floats were great. I got there early so I got a really good spot near the front. So after 2 1/2 hours I was frozen and decided it was time to go. The wind was what was really bad.
As I left Westport was getting crowded

I'm glad I braved the cold and went to the parade. I'm also glad I didn't stay any longer than I did. My ears were cold and the wind was making my eyes water. It was lots of fun. I was standing with several good people. Everyone talked and was nice.
It will be a great week. The temperatures will be colder this week with chances of rain. I think I have a plan for that.
