Another Rehabilitation at Overland Park

 Another Tuesday with more of this agency today!  

I do love my son and having time to spend with him.  He is the best love in my life.

I came back here at 12:00 - ate lunch, worked on new puzzle, then went to the hangman class.  It was fun.  Just the lady and my self showed up and had a blast.  After the class was over the alarm alerts go off .  I have to tell everyone how just great that was.  They had to work stuff about it to submit.  

I have been working on cross stitch off and on all afternoon.  I decided to show everyone some finished cross stitch.

The pumpkins I finished several weeks ago.

Moose is finished.

2 more finished!!  Many more to show everyone.

Monday activities

 Today had no activities for doctor appointment s!  What a wonderful change!!

This morning I finished the puzzle.  I was so glad.  The nurse who helps me is at home today.  Lots of things to finish.

There are several missing pieces.  I would throw it away.

This afternoon I went to the card game, trivia and see a dog.  The whole afternoon flew by.  I also worked on the cross stitching a little bit.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday all have appointments.  The rest of the week needs to get by.  I'll keep showing you pictures.

Sunday Finished

 This week was been very busy.  Let me tell you all about it!

Since I have lived here for about 5 weeks with another week this week being 6 weeks, I need to share new stuff.  

Today - My best kids came and got me to go to the park.  I lived time with them and that beautiful baby!  After the park we stopped and after dinner.  I had tacos which was the best I have ever had.  Then they dropped me off.

I also plan on showing you guys some of the cross stitch I have been working on.  Several each week!!

Puzzle Today!!

 This morning we finished the puzzle!

Done before lunch plus another lady will be bring us some new ones.  We probably have over 15 to finish quickly.  We did this puzzle in 2-3 days.

I have also been working on the cross stitch every day.  Tomorrow I will be putting out pictures.

2 Puzzles this week

 March 27, 2026 has had great day.   The day is almost over.  I have been cross stitching and also working on a puzzle for my hall.

This is one puzzle we did this one day.

I'm having loads of issues bringing cool things over to my file.  I really don't get it.  I did do everything on my computer but now it's on my phone.  Ugh!!!

I'm sorry for problems today but I'm stopping.  I will do more for tomorrow!!

Another treatment at Rehabilitation of Overland Park

 March 26, 2026

Another treatment today!!  The best part was talking to Chris on the way there and again back to the home.  I'm really looking forward to picking up the learning.

Today lasted 3 hours!! That is a long time!!  

Yesterday was the KU Fitness working for an hour.  It's ran by a wonderful woman taking the class and learning so much.  She is on top of learning.

Guess what is happening tomorrow??  Well maybe nothing with no new therapy but we will look for something hopefully.  Fingers crossed!!

Rehabilitation of Overland Park

 March 24, 2026

Today was a list of Rehabilitation of 3 agents, PT, Speech and Water.

It's a nice hospital.

They came up with great average improvement I was happy with.  It's so far again on Tuesday and Thursday from new place I'm trapped in.  Today was the second treatment.

Monday March 23 ,2026

 

This wonderful man is the joy who saved me.  Today Chris and I got to see him this afternoon.  Dr. Abumoussa is proud and happy.  I have great comments to make about him.

He has ways to jug me.  He is very truthful .  I just hope Chris can appreciate him too.  I have a new scan set for my head and head in a month then a follow-up with the doctor a couple weeks later.  I will keep everyone up.

March 22, 2026 Update

 This is my first choice to recommend to everyone what is going on.  What happened on October 25, 2025?  My plan was to ride the new Kansas City Streetcar which really started on Saturday.  The new Streetcar went from the River Market Place to now the University and the Whole Foods Market.  I do not know what happened when I started.

I was crossing Main Street with lots of people.  Something bad happened right way.  A truck ran over me which I have no record of.  Every one came to me soon and I was taken 4-6 blocks to Saint Luke's hospital.  A great doctor operated on my brain right way.  They also called Chris and let him know what was going on.

That day part of my damaged brain was removed and put in the freezer.  I was very damaged from the truck, operation and recovery.  This is a long story and every day I will be as truthful as I can with everyone.
